What this means for you<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n Track how your contacts evolve at a glance. A new report now shows the number of contacts received by channel: Facebook, SMS, and Cocoapp. Each channel has its own color, and the totals for the period are displayed at the top of the chart.<\/p>\n Hover over a column to see the details for a given day, including the number of contacts for each channel.<\/p>\n The chart adapts to the selected period to stay readable:<\/p>\n This report helps you spot your busiest days, compare the performance of your channels, and plan your resources better.<\/p>\n Save time when following up on your conversations. You can now choose, right from the interface, the tag that will be added automatically whenever an auto-reply is triggered.<\/p>\n No more going through an external setup. Simply select the tag of your choice in the auto-reply settings, and you can change it at any time.<\/p>\n What this means for you<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n Keep an eye on your unsubscribes. You can now view the list of contacts who replied \u201cSTOP\u201d and have therefore unsubscribed from SMS.<\/p>\n Simply choose the new filter in the contact list dropdown menu to display only these people.<\/p>\n What this means for you<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n Strengthen your account security to fit your own needs. Admins can now set the period of inactivity before an automatic logout.<\/p>\n In the settings, the \u201cSession duration\u201d section lets you choose the \u201cInactivity timeout\u201d from a dropdown menu (1 hour, for example).
